Endure Electric (Pty) Ltd operates this website and the guide links under endureelectric.co.za/s/.
What we record
The public pages of this site set no cookies and run no analytics.
Every page here, this one included, loads its typefaces from Google’s font service, so opening a page sends your IP address and this site’s domain to Google.
When someone opens a guide link, the server records the time, the page opened, the visitor’s IP address and browser identifier, and the page that referred them. We use this to see whether a guide reached the person it was sent to and to stop automated guessing of link keys. These records are deleted after 365 days.
When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address, organisation and message are emailed to Endure Electric so we can reply. The server also counts messages per IP address for one hour, to stop automated spam.
Who sees it
Endure Electric staff. We do not sell or share these records.
